Dinosaur training is a philosophy of weight training promoting a return to traditional strongman types of exercises and training.
The main voice in this movement is Brooks Kubik. Kubik put an emphasis upon bodyweight exercises such as: pushups, handstand pushups, pullups, hanging leg raises, neck bridges and two- and one-legged deep knee bends.
